Mega Casanova XXX is a Sega Mega Drive port of the Java mobile game Casanova Jr: Girl on Girl, created by Russian developer Timur Lyazgiev. According to the author, the project was initially developed using the GINCS Studio engine before being migrated to BEX. Released in June 2020, the game was distributed both as a ROM file and as a limited physical edition.
The game is essentially a short erotic dating simulator in which the protagonist attempts to impress a fashion model and pursue a romantic encounter. Player choices influence the progression, though the number of branching paths is fairly limited and all outcomes can be explored in a relatively short time. Before reaching the best ending, players must complete a simple mini-game based on maintaining a specific rhythm. While the game itself is fairly basic, it remains a curious example of an independently published Mega Drive release.
