Vintage Van Halen is a music-based quiz game for the Sega Mega Drive developed by StevePro Studios, using the same engine as their Simpsons trivia title. This time the focus shifts to rock music, specifically the catalog of Van Halen, with the game built around recognizing iconic guitar riffs.
The gameplay revolves around listening to short audio clips and identifying which song they come from by selecting one of several options. While the core structure remains very simple and menu-driven, the use of recognizable riffs gives the game a bit more energy and character compared to similar quiz projects on the same engine.
