Nyordax is a homebrew shoot-’em-up for the Sega Mega Drive, ported from its original versions on the ZX Spectrum and Commodore 64. Developed as a tongue-in-cheek experiment, the game openly mocks its own quality with references to flickering sprites, crude effects, and punishing difficulty.
Gameplay involves shooting down a required number of enemy ships to complete each stage. However, poor controls, relentless enemies, and unstable visuals turn even the first level into a frustrating chore. More of a curiosity than a real game — best approached with caution (or not at all).
